LCF run Boot Camps every day of the week (as stated below) in our fully equipped studio. These Boot Camps are designed for people looking to achieve their individual goals but in a group environment. Each session will be run by an experienced, fully qualified Personal Trainer.
LCF Boot Camps are not only designed to fulfil your short term goals but to change your lifestyle and habits for good in order for you to keep your ideal body size for good! You will be training with others with similar goals as yourself and each camper will be there to encourage the others too. Each session will be filled with fun but challenging activities designed to hit your goals and much more….
The way it works:
At the start of every week, you book into which ever two sessions suit you for that week.
Class Times
Monday - 9.30am, 6.00pm, 7.30pm
Tuesday - 9.30am, 6.30pm, 7.30pm
Wednesday - 6am, 10am, 6.30pm, 7.15pm
Thursday - 10am, 6pm, 7.30pm
Friday - 6am, 12pm
Saturday - 9.30am
Sunday - 9.30am
